Oshare Curry is a part of Whispered Silence Designs, a company (albeit small) based on the values of passion and respect for other cultures. As a fully functioning, ever growing community we hope to serve you the best way we can.

Whispered Silence Designs is an in-progress informal design company, working with the niche market of low-scale and inexpensive network and design tools. It oversees the committee that runs Oshare Curry as a whole, and continues to blossom and develop every avenue possible for this project.

Oshare Curry, Beautiful Dreamers and Whispered Silence Designs are all under CREATIVE COMMONS, rather than true Copyright. We feel the idea is to share our ideas with you, so you can build upon it the infrastructure that is a safe environment you see today!

Our aim and goal is to spread the ideas of what we know as ‘Visual Asian Culture’ across the internet, even if it’s just the community itself. We are not here to steal your information, nor are we here to copy and paste other communities work. Our policies are constantly being rewritten, redeveloped to suit the needs of the community.

One of those is the implementation of a new COOKIE POLICY, something in which we were unsure of previous to June 2010. This means that you now know we are taking only the information in which your login details are given, any contest forms and comment forms. No personal information (not even GENDER or address) are asked for on your registration form. If this is in error, and those details have been collected, please screenshot the error we’ve made and we will FIX it as soon as we see your email.

We pride ourselves in having ANY rating at all on Web of Trust, as this is a way for us to reform and revamp areas we were unsure of previously. We thank non-users of Oshare Curry who have taken the time to point out our small but sometimes confusing mistakes. Previous to our move to HostGator hosting, we had a large amount of malware that had infected our website. We had to rebuild, reformat and re become Oshare Curry in it’s now current form. We are constantly checking with online anti-virus software to make sure the website is clean.

Reiko Arashi’s computer is under a COMODO firewall, using SOPHOS anti-virus as well as other security features when she updates from Otago University. Other members are documented to be using Zone Alarm firewalls and AVG or Avast, possibly coupled with AD-AWARE and SPYBOT. This information was given willingly at time of publication for your trust and security.
